Outside of day-to-day business, what are you passionate about?
Stewart: My wife Ali and my son Maddox are the fuel for my fire. Family time helps me re-center. And speaking of fire, I love the grill to help relax. I’ve been a big griller for the last decade, but I’ve only recently entered into the whole smoking game. A low smoky heat slowly imbibed into food until it’s melt-in-your-mouth delicious is my current pursuit of culinary delight. Who doesn’t love a smoked chocolate chip cookie? It’s all about the smoke these days….

It sounds crazy, but who else can fly, spit blood, breathe fire, play bass, and sing a song all at the same time? I’ll bet he could sell the hell out of residential real estate, too. Seriously though, he is a self-made man that created a billion-dollar brand from scratch. That’s an amazingly difficult feat, and I have the ultimate respect for self-made people who make it without being born with a silver spoon in their mouth. Anything you dream you can conceive… Go get it!

Stewart: In this competitive market, the lender is just as important as the Realtor. Someone like Lisa Peters of Caliber Home Loans,who can navigate the rough waters of this market, is worth her weight in gold. A weak lender drops the ball.
