Fall temperatures are cooler, but home sales are hotter than ever!
As you can see in the enclosed report, our housing market is stronger than ever as we head into the fourth quarter of the year. A rise in the number of homes on the market has provided more “product” to meet the buyer demand we are experiencing in North Texas. As a result, we are on track to once again break all previous annual existing home sales records.
However, real estate is a very localized business, and conditions can vary from block to block. You will note that some areas had a strong increase in available inventory, creating a longer time on market for homes. That’s why it’s important to have all the facts about your specific property as you make decisions about selling or buying in today’s market.
