Park Cities / Bluffview  

The Park Cities are collectively made up of Highland Park and University Park. With a much larger land mass than Highland Park, University Park has almost three times the population.

In the past decade, an amazing number of new homes were constructed in University Park. There has been a tremendous demand for new family homes averaging around 5,000 square feet or more.

Bluffview is an upscale neighborhood just northwest Dallas.  Bound by Lovers Lane, Northwest Highway, Midway Road, and Inwood Road, it is known for its mostly hilly topography.  This area is served by the DISD public schools, however many residents opt for many of the nearby private schools.  These unique homes on large lots can sell well into the millions.
