Preston Hollow / North Dallas 

Preston Hollow and its adjacent neighborhoods are known for their large lush lots. Half- acre and acre lots are the norm. Just north of the Park Cities and extending out toward I-635, many of these neighborhoods were created after WW II. The ranch home was the original dominant style. As is often the case in popular neighborhoods, many of the original homes have been torn down over the past decade. Newer larger with today's in-demand amenities have taken their place.

One other benefit of Preston Hollow is proximity to some of Dallas' finest private schools. These include St Marks, Hockaday, and many others.

The area also offers some of the finest retail options in the city inclucing NorthPark Center, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom. Dining options are quite excellent as well.

Neighborhood prices begin around $800,000. Many of the traditional new homes in the area on half-acre lots run $1.5 to $3.5 million.
